Pretty sure they are the reason we had a collapsed pipe when they winterized our pools for our HOA and they have been impossible from start to finish in every aspect from repairs to getting our pools up and running. We opened 2+ weeks later than planned, and had to shut it down 2 days later for more issues. They don't answer calls. They only respond via email, days later. Not only are they the friendliest and most helpful, they are fast to fix your issue and reasonably priced. Don’t waste your time with non responsive, second rate options.
